If you contact the practice, it receives the contact details and any information you choose to share through that call or email. You can ask a general question or request information without including personal health details.

Please do not send sensitive information

Please do not send diagnoses, treatment records, Social Security numbers, insurance identification information, detailed medical information, or other protected health information (PHI) through ordinary email or other unsecured communications. This public website and general inquiries are not a secure channel for sensitive clinical information.

Visiting the website, reading its content, or sending a general inquiry does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship. A public website privacy policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. This policy does not represent that the website or ordinary email communications are HIPAA compliant or that all information shared online is protected by HIPAA.

Technical information and website services

The website code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers, or session-recording tools. When a browser requests a web page or its resources, the hosting and delivery systems may process ordinary connection and security details—such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and referring page—to deliver and protect the service. The practice has not independently verified which such details the hosting provider retains or for how long.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and displays existing images hosted by mochausercontent.com. Your browser requests those resources from their providers, which receive technical information associated with the requests. The Get Directions link opens Google Maps only if you choose it; the site does not embed a map.

The site shell also includes a Blink-hosted script associated with Blink’s visual-editing feature. The website code reviewed does not configure it as an analytics or advertising tracker. The practice has not independently verified what technical information that remote script may process or how long its provider retains it. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, advertising pixel, marketing tracker, session-recording tool, or analytics SDK was found in the reviewed website code and dependencies.

Cookies, browser storage, and your choices

The application code reviewed does not set its own cookies or use optional analytics or tracking technologies. It uses browser local storage only to remember your privacy choice as the simple value “accepted” or “rejected”; that preference contains no sensitive personal information. You can change it at any time using “Privacy Choices” in the footer. You can also clear site storage in your browser, though doing so will make the choice banner appear again.

There are no optional tracking tools configured in the reviewed website code today, so accepting does not activate a tracker, and rejecting does not affect site functionality. The remote services and Blink-hosted visual-editing script described above may operate their own technologies; their cookie practices have not been independently verified by the practice. If optional technologies are introduced later, they should not be enabled unless you first accept them; you can then change your choice through the footer. Your browser also provides controls to block or clear cookies and local storage.

How information is used

Information you choose to provide may be used to respond to your inquiry or provide information you request. Technical information processed by website delivery systems may be used to deliver pages, maintain security, and keep the website functioning. This site does not use analytics to measure individual visitors’ behavior.

The practice aims to use reasonable safeguards for information it receives. No website, email, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the phone number above rather than email to discuss sensitive health information. Information kept by an email, phone, hosting, or external resource provider may be subject to that provider’s own practices.
